Process-free thermal CTP plates

Process-free thermal CTP plates (computer-to-plate) are printing plates that do not require a separate processing step. They are essentially pre-sensitized plates that can be directly imaged using thermal CTP technology. Made of materials that respond to the heat generated by the CTP laser, these plates produce high-quality images with accurate registration and dot reproduction. Since no machining is required, these panels are more environmentally friendly and cost-effective than traditional panels. They are typically used for smaller print jobs, such as office or commercial print jobs.
